AUBURN'S PETER COTTON TRAIL RETURNS
FRIDAY, MARCH 29 THROUGH MONDAY, APRIL 1
________________________________________________________________________
Peter Cotton Trail_bunny example
Grab your peeps and hop around Auburn in search of these cute lil' bunnies that have been hidden in parks and trails as part of the Peter Cotton Trail event, held March 29 to April 1.
The photo to the right is an example of what the hidden bunnies will look like. Each bunny has a unique number that you'll write on your scorecard or keep track of. Here's how it works:
Print the Bunny Scorecard [ https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:5aa6b091-b841-4534-a890-1c4e99a7cbb2 ] (PDF), if you wish, or bring something on your search to track your bunnies such as a notepad/pen or smartphone/tablet. Each bunny will have a unique number. When you find a bunny, track the corresponding number on your scorecard or tracking device. Note: you do *NOT* need to email scorecards.
Printed scorecards (for tracking purposes only) will also be available, beginning March 25 during normal business hours at:
* Auburn Community & Event Center, 910 Ninth Street SE, "available 24/7 in a pamphlet holder March 25 to April 1"
* Auburn Grocery Outlet [ https://www.facebook.com/AuburnGroceryOutlet ], 102 Cross Street
* Red Canoe Credit Union [ https://www.redcanoecu.com/ ], 1620 Lake Tapps Pkwy E, #101 ***After completing the online submission, bring your completed scorecard to the branch for an extra prize***
* Haggen Food & Pharmacy [ https://www.haggen.com/ ], 1406 Lake Tapps Pkwy E
* White River Valley Museum [ https://www.wrvmuseum.org/the-museum ], 918 H Street SE
* Downtown Auburn Cooperative [ https://downtownauburncooperative.org/ ], 262 East Main Street
* Auburn Senior Activity Center [ https://www.auburnwa.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageid=14939864 ], 808 Ninth Street SE
Search for bunnies during park hours, March 29 to April 1. *In most cases, you may need to visit two or more parks to complete your scorecard.*
Bunny Scorecard Peter Cotton Trail
After tracking ten bunnies, complete the online Bunny Scorecard Submission Form [ https://auburn.seamlessdocs.com/f/BunnyScorecard ] (available on March 29). The online scorecard will contain contact information and 10 spaces to indicate the bunnies that you found. There will also be the opportunity to share photos or comments with us. We enjoy hearing from you! The online scorecard will be available until 11:59pm on Monday, April 1.
*Sorry, no late entries. *Each person who participates must submit their own scorecard. "Adults are welcome to play too!" Duplicate entries will be deleted.
Winners selected at random and emailed on or before April 5.
****Just a reminder, p*lease don’t take or move the bunnies from their hiding spot, so everyone can enjoy this activity and bunnies remain safe from mowers and maintenance equipment. **
