It was established in 1991 as a subsidiary of the Asian Community Center \"ACC"\"}, became independent in 2008, and is now a federally recognized non-profit organization (Non-profit Organization - IRS We are currently a federally recognized non-profit organization (Section 501(c)(04))} and are celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2016.
Supporting Japanese （ living in a wide area including Roseville ／ Lincoln City to the north, Folsom City to the east, Lodi City to the south, and Davis City to the west ） US citizens, permanent residents, international students, and families of business travelers ／ Regular Meetings ／ Lectures ／ Bulletin Japan-US cultural exchange through friendship Cultural exchange ／ between Japan and the U.S. through friendship. Regular meetings ／ Bulletin （ are held in even-numbered months February, April, June, August, October, and December ） （ with occasional changes ）.
