Photoshoot for official portrait of Toronto City Council

Members of the media are invited to attend and observe the official portrait taking for the Mayor and Members of Council during tomorrow’s City Council meeting lunch break. This photo will reflect the by-elections of the Mayor and two Councillors.

Date: Tuesday, December 17
Time: 12:30 p.m.
Location: Members’ Lounge, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.
Note: Media may take the East Tower elevators to the Council Chamber level (3C) for security screening. From there, please proceed to the left to enter the Members’ Lounge area for the Council portrait session.

Media are permitted to film or photograph the event but are requested to refrain from interrupting the photo session. Interviews, live broadcasts, scrums and the use of flash photography or other lighting will not be permitted while the City’s photographer is taking the official portrait.
