City of Toronto launches Ontario-wide Legacy Campaign in celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Toronto

Toronto’s Soccer for All Legacy Program campaign is giving Ontario residents aged 18 and older the opportunity to receive an invitation for two to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match in Toronto while funding lasting community projects across the city.

A total of 26 pairs of invitations are available, including two for Canada’s opening match on Friday, June 12, as part of the Early Bird Bonus Draw.

Proceeds from the campaign will support the City’s Soccer for All Legacy Program, helping the City of Toronto deliver benefits that go well beyond match day. Funding will support new soccer mini-pitches in equity-deserving neighbourhoods and up to one year of free soccer programming, helping remove barriers so more children and youth can get involved in the game.

Donations for the Soccer for All Legacy Program can be made at multiple price points:
• $26 for five entries
• $50 for 10 entries
• $150 for 50 entries
• $260 for 100 entries

Participants who contribute at the $260 level will receive a premium FIFA World Cup 2026™ Toronto scarf, delivered after the campaign closes. A no-purchase mail-in entry option is also available.

Learn more and participate at www.torontofwc26.ca/news/soccer-for-all-sweepstakes.

By entering the Soccer for All legacy Program draw participants are helping Toronto score lasting community benefits that extend far beyond the stadium, including building safe and inclusive spaces for youth, expanding free programming, and ensuring the legacy of hosting the FIFA World Cup 2026™ is felt across Toronto for years to come.

The campaign is open to Ontario residents aged 18 and older and runs until March 15. Enter by March 3 for the early bird draw on March 17, which includes tickets to the first-ever men’s FIFA World Cup™ match on Canadian soil on Friday, June 12. The grand prize draw will take place on March 27. Winners will be selected in accordance with the official rules. Prizes are tickets to designated FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches only and do not include transportation, accommodation or other costs. Full rules are available at www.torontofwc26.ca/news/soccer-for-all-sweepstakes.
