City of Toronto to open seasonal supervised beach program

Tomorrow, Mayor Olivia Chow and City of Toronto staff will host a photo opportunity to mark the return of lifeguards to City beaches and to highlight summer safety reminders for residents.

Date: Saturday, May 31
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Woodbine Beach Leuty Lifeguard station located at Leuty Avenue and Alfresco Lawn.
RSVP: Media are asked to RSVP to media@toronto.ca by 6 p.m.
Note: Street parking is available.
